The Stuart Sideboard, with a variety of wood species and multiple inlays, is exemplary of the complex and decorative cabinetry for which Councill is known. The serpentine shaped top in figured Mahogany with Satinwood border and edge band features a center fan inlay in Satinwood with Holly and Ebony snap lines. The drawers and doors are faced with fiery Crotch Mahogany and have Satinwood borders and corner fan inlays. Inlaid bell flowers and Holly inlays intricately decorate the case columns and end with a Satinwood cuff on the lower leg. Holly and Ebony checker pattern inlay adorns the base of the cabinet. The locking doors reveal open storage. The doors lock and the top drawer contains a silver liner. Medium contrast on all inlays is standard. Please specify if other contrast options are wanted. Polished Brass hardware is standard.
